Delicious Diabetic Friendly 5-Minute Yogurt Parfait Recipe!

Ingredients:
- - 1 cup Greek yogurt 🥣
- - 1/2 cup fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries) 🍓🫐
- - 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts) 🥜
- - 1 tablespoon sugar-free honey or sweetener 🍯
- - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌼
- - A pinch of cinnamon 🍂
Instructions:
- In two glasses or bowls, layer Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and chopped nuts.
