🥦 Ingredients:

- 1 large head of cauliflower 🥦
- 2 eggs 🥚
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened) 🍦
- Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
- Avocado oil for frying 🥑🔥
- 2 tomatoes, sliced 🍅🔪
- 8 slices of mozzarella cheese 🧀
- Oregano for seasoning 🌿

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 165°C (325°F). 🔥
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the Greek yogurt sauce. Season with salt and pepper until well combined. 🍳
3. Cut the cauliflower into thick slices, approximately 2 centimeters wide. 🥦🔪
4. Dip each cauliflower slice into the egg and yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. 💧
